Housekeeping Services... Book By Owner is dedicated to providing top quality, professional housekeeping service in all accommodations. Housekeeping is done following the departure of each guest and each clean is inspected and approved prior to the next guest arrival. Our professional service includes all bed linens, bath towels and paper products as well as hand soap, dish soap and shampoo. The cost of our housekeeping services are all inclusive, meaning there are no annual linen rental fees. A mid stay service is also available for your guests which provides fresh linens and towels, trash removal and a light clean. |
| With Book By Owner you can be sure your vacation home will be professionally cleaned and looking its best for your guests arrival. As a BBO member your housekeeping will be scheduled automatically as your reservations are confirmed and conveniently billed on your monthly statement. | |

| Making of all beds with fresh bed linen | Restocking of fresh bath linens and supplies |
| Vacuuming and sweeping of all floors | Dusting of furniture, TV's. Blinds & Windowsills |
| Polishing of all chrome, mirrors & shower doors | Cleaning and restocking of dirty dishes |
| Cleaning of microwave, stove and refrigerator | Cleaning of all countertops and appliances |

| Shampoo in every shower | 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 box of Kleenex in each bathroom |
