Book by Owner provides the technology, service and support owners need to successfully rent their vacation homes by owner. Through our program owners can maximize rental income, minimize expenses and provide quality, worry free accommodations to their guests. Renting a vacation home directly from the owner has quickly become the most poplar lodging choice among today’s sophisticated travelers. The following services are included in our low monthly fee starting at $100 and increasing only $25 per month per additional bedroom.

 
 

Advertising and Marketing Support
Rental By Owner success begins with quality, effectively placed advertising. Book by Owner will assist owners in the placement and creation of internet advertising on sites such as www.vrbo.com and www.homeaway.com. A complete guide to renting your vacation home by owner, sample rental agreements, guest correspondence tools and rental policy guides are also provided to all our owners at enrollment.    
   

Online Reservation Management
Through www.BookbyOwner.com owners can view, add and edit current, future and past reservations 24hrs a day through any internet connection. Our secure reservation management system instantly sends email confirmations to lodging guests providing complete arrival instructions and guest assistance information. 
   

Access Control through Keyless Technology
Lost keys and lock outs are a thing of the past with Book by Owner and the Kaba OroCode 660K keyless entry system, the most sophisticated and secure vacation rental access system on the market today. The Orocode 660K generates date and time sensitive guest codes as well as 127 additional unique users codes all via the internet. Guests can go directly to their accommodations without having to check-in and never have to share keys during their stay. 24 Hour Guest Assistance and Emergency Response

Property Inspections
Following each departure a Book by Owner field manager performs a complete property inspection insuring your home is left secure, satisfactory condition and ready for your next guest. Discovery of any damage or misuse is immediately photographed and reported to the owner. Book by Owner does not rely on housekeeping personnel to report issues and specially trains our field managers to provide thorough and consistent inspections. 
   

Housekeeping Coordination
Never worry if your unit is clean and ready for your next guest. Our reservation management system automatically coordinates all housekeeping services by generating online cleaning reports for all our service providers. When a reservation is entered into the system housekeeping is automatically scheduled for the day of departure. 
   

Repair & Maintenance Coordination
From time to time accidents and the unexpected will happen. From minor repairs to major problems Book by Owner is able to coordinate the necessary service on your behalf. From general handymen to skilled professionals we contract the best local, trusted, prescreened and qualified service providers to work with our owners. However, if a minor problem is reported by your guest and can be repaired during our property inspection, the repair is done at no additional charge!
